Hello and thank you for visiting our site.  I'm glad you're here!  I have a deep passion for yoga as I have seen its significant impact on my own life.  As an instructor, I am dedicated to sharing its benefits with others. My mission is to guide others on their journey to mental, emotional, and physical well-being through the practice of yoga.

My Story

I started my yoga journey approximately 20 years ago, and ironically, really did not like my first class; however, something pulled me back several months later and I have been practicing regularly ever since.  Everyone's reason for practicing is unique, but for me, simply having someone remind me to breathe and slow down not only my body, but also my thoughts - was invaluable.  This eventually led me to pursue my RYT-200 Certificate through Yoga Alliance and I haven't looked back.  I have over 350 hours of teaching experience and am an avid learner.  Since gaining my Yoga teaching certification, I have also added on Certifications in "Mental Health Aware Yoga," "Yin-Yoga," "Yoga for Kids," and as of Christmas 2023, I am officially an RYT-500 Certified Yoga Instructor.  My goal is to have a continually expanding foundation of knowledge to better serve you.  I teach classes, special events and private sessions and would love to work with you on whatever your goals may be.
